Today, I was about to go out with my narcissistic ex whom I’ve been trying to help being his safe place ? Maybe. And he called last minute saying he’s too tired to go out. In fact, all I wanted is talking to him and let him speak his mind because I know he’s going through a lot these days. I feel totally absurd actually. But I also feel so good that i gave him a chance and he secrwed it up. Now, i can peacefully with satisfaction, let him go.
